Community Care

I am experienced at undertaking assessments of individual's care and support

needs including young people, adults and older people with a range of

difficulties and/or disabilities.

I offer very comprehensive assessments and will explore creative and innovative

ways to provide person-centred support. I have an excellent understanding of

both English and Welsh legislation in relation to social care.
